"During a recent trip to Sri Lanka, I was required to make alternate return travel plans due to weather. Amy provided stress-free service through the entire ordeal. Once in New York, additional travel changes were needed as I arrived late into JFK requiring me to connect through LaGuardia. I again contacted Amy who had proactively monitored my arrival time into JFK and had already revised my travel in order to get me back to Ohio from LaGuardia. To cap it off, as I arrived into Ohio, I checked my voicemail and realized Any had made "one last follow-up call" just before she left from the office that evening to ensure I was confirmed on my final travel segment.
