- Lufthansa City Center selects TS24 as first 'Business Plus' office in US
- TS24 will become the first travel management company to become ISO9001-2000 certified.
2008
- TS24 announces updates to OnDemand Travel Vortal, which include offering advanced airport parking reservations, event tickets and international cell phone assistance
- TS24 participates and exhibits in the 40th anniversary of NBTA International Conference and Exposition in Los Angeles
- TS24 launches Employee "Go Green" initiatives, including desk sharing and flexible shifts that continue to meet customer and employee needs
2007
- Tammy R. Troilo-Krings named to Human & Economic Recovery Advisory Committee for the State of Ohio
- Brought all of server technology systems in-house allowing for more reliable network systems, along with increased up-time for proprietary and system tools/services

1995
- Tammy R. Troilo-Krings founded TS24, Inc as an extension of her travel-consulting firm, Troilo & Associates with three employees - herself, an agent and a receptionist in an 800 square feet office in Westerville, Ohio
